1 single room available. Living in a cosy warm home with an older lady, her dog Teddy and another GMIT student (male). This room has just become available hence the lateness of this advert. My home is directly across the road from GMIT ,less than a 4 minute walk to the door of the campus. The room is only available during the week. Sunday evening to Friday morning. Student will have full use of the kitchen. There is shared bathroom facilities On a bus route directly to eyre square and a direct bus NUIG bus route 405 Rent is 110euro per week with all bills included.
