Look no further!We are a professional couple in our late 30s working in the field of Education. Our household consists of four children, ages 2 and 4, and two older boys ages 7 and 10). Our older boys are with us for half of the week. We are seeking a student or young professional with childcare experience to join our family dynamic.In exchange for 10 hours of childcare and light cleaning per week (which may be flexible and can be rolled over), we are offering a furnished room in our beautiful home. The room features an en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a large balcony with stunning views of University Heights and surrounding areas. Utilities are included, and rent is reduced to $800 per month.Your primary responsibility will be to assist with childcare duties for our date nights and the rare overnight getaway. Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac in beautiful University Heights, within walking distance of public transportation. Our house has a large yard and a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny San Diego weather. You'll have access to the shared spaces such as the yard, kitchen, and living room. Your ensuite bathroom will only be shared during our bath time routine from 7-8 PM each night. Must have childcare experience and be comfortable living with high-energy young boys and caring for young children. Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy. Must work or attend school in person. Non-smoker preferred.
