The Vantage's new six-star clubhouse facilities include a 25-meter sky-high swimming pool, a captain's bar, a banquet hall, a gym (fitness room), and a poolside cinema. The "Captain's Observation Deck" on the top floor, designed with beveled floor-to-ceiling glass, is triangular in shape, reminiscent of a cruise ship's control room. Inside, it is equipped with a telescope and space chairs, allowing residents to relax and enjoy the sea views of Kai Tak Cruise Terminal and Victoria Harbour. Qi'an has a total of 29 floors (including the basement, low-level clubhouse and high-level clubhouse but excluding floors 4, 13, 14 and 24). In addition to providing 551 studio to 2-bedroom residential units with a usable area ranging from 170 square feet to 425 square feet on the 3rd to 30th floors, studio and 1-bedroom units account for more than 80% of the total.
