Modern family house near the French and American schools. It was renovated in 2022 (parquet sanding, painting, replacement of sanitary ware, etc.). Downstairs there is a sauna, a double garage, a laundry room and another room, on the ground floor there is a master bedroom (with a bathroom), a very spacious living room with an American kitchen, an atrium, a half bedroom (we used it as a study) and a separate toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace with an inflatable Jacuzzi.
