I'm renting a two-bedroom apartment, 55 square meters, on the ground floor in a house, recently remodeled, exclusively for single people. The apartment comprises a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallway and a garden with a covered terrace. The apartment is fully equipped and also offers high-speed internet, 5G. Monthly utilities (electricity, water and municipal waste) are not included in the monthly rate and the amount for these expenses overall is 150€. Deposit is 650€.
