A true gem of a property! Located walking distance from UC San Diego campus and MTS bus systems-- my roommates and I would walk to campus everyday (we were both students and employees of UCSD). We are also located right near UTC, Vons, Trader Joes,... Scripps Beach, and the 5 and 805 freeways. It is a very safe, peaceful neighborhood with lots of students residing in the surrounding townhouses. We have been here for two years and loved every second of it. The home comes with garden beds, a lovely patio, a washer and dryer, personal heat in each room, and water/sewage and trash is included in the rent.
