Central SD house seeking a new roommate to take the largest bedroom in our 3 bedroom. Currently there are 2 male roommates 30's to 40's living in the house as well as 2 big dogs. The place is a beautiful, recently remodeled 1200 sqft house in a quiet Serra Mesa neighborhood just north of Mission Valley.Hardwood floors in main living area and bedrooms, tile in the kitchen and bathroom. There's a big yard with a shed, garden and fruit trees, as well as a huge patio area with a bbq.It's about a 10min drive to the nearest beaches and downtown area.Will consider couples with increased rent on a case by case basis
