Hello!I have a large unfurnished bedroom w/ private bath ideally located 3 blocks from Park St. IT IS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELYRent is month: month, but I prefer someone who will be here at least 6mos-year. The rent is higher for 2 people. I will need security deposit and first/last months rent, HOWEVER rent/deposit/last months rent MAY BE NEGOTIABLE! So let's talk!Includes:-entire ground floor large 3/2 apartment in tri-plex-large closet and room has alcove for a desk, twin bed, sofa, bookshelves/storage etc.- storage available throughout the house and room for a bike on side of house- use of kitchen and common room-laundry on-site-large backyard with room for gardening-utilities and wifi included-street parking onlyOTHER: - Currently no pets but a small pet can be considered if you have one.
