Rent 2 bedroom apartment in South Rosemont

We’re a couple in our early 30s . Four twenty friendly . This may not be for everyone but anyone in need I’m sure it’ll find them . We both have hybrid jobs that currently rent a 1 bedroom apartment that has converted the living room into our own room with the large 1 room available to rent in East Sacramento .We have our only room our large room to show available now sept 11. hope to have it rented soon as well :) rent is for an individual only but would consider a couple or consider an animal but we would just need to adjust the rent for a couple or pet . A few have mentioned about it being odd about having to walk past us everyday because we sleep in the living well we are offering that large room to someone in need this isn’t permanent and again for someone in need . We understand the idea is strange but in the past has been no problem and we keep our privacy separated with curtains and privacy screen anyways . Rent is high right now and this is for anyone in need it’s not perfect situation but as long as you have lights electricity water heat air gas a room bathroom room shower etc to stay . :) We are near Sacramento state university Home Depot grocery outlet Jamba Juice chevron shell Raley’s dollar tree pizza places Wendy’s Taco Bell and American river Dutch bros etc and right off both freeways with near by public transportation.The area is convenient for anyone . shared bathroom. Temporary situation for anyone : This is for anyone interested for temporary spot to live have a room . Ideal for someone who needs this for month or even a couple of months or many months up to 9 months let us know your situation or it could be place temporary for you to save to move out also . Parking is off street or anywhere that is available. let us know your situation please There is a laundry washing machines and dryers near by . We pay all utilities: water gas heat electricity trash etc .. no visitors or over stays . We’re not doing credit check and no background check Our lease ends 2025 so this would be perfect for someone who needs this room temporarily situation. Message us your situation etc and how long you may need stay as this is only temporary perfect for anyone in that situation as we must be out of here by 2025 also :)
