Rent a room in South Rosemont

I’m a new homeowner and teacher. Looking for someone who’s responsible and genuinely interested in renting out a spare room. - It’s currently furnished (but doesn’t have to be) - room is more Medium (standard size) than large. - shared space access to living room, kitchen, TV, WiFi, big back yard (getting redone this fall) - About a 15 min drive from Midtown & Sac State. - idea age range is 21 - 35. - Morning person is preferred.
