My name is Nikos and I'm looking for a roommate to split a 2 bedroom apartment in the Boston area starting August 10. I'm 40 years old and work in MGH at Charlestown.. The room is large with a closet and 2 windows. The house is within walking distance (about 5 min) from several bus lines, a laundromat convenience stores, and a gym and dancing school and other amenities. Many great Italian restaurants are also in this distance.At about 10 min walk are Target, CVS, Walgreens and other small stores and supermarkets. The I93 is very close, too.The room has a twin bed and a chest of drawers, and I would be happy to add a desk and a chair.The kitchen is fully equipped, and the TV has several streaming options.The area is very, very safe. However, we have indoor and outdoor security cameras for extra peace of mind. I am clean, very tidy, and respectful.
