The room is $900 for a single person, $1,100 for a couple. This room is sunny, has a walk in closet, and en suite restroom! Your view is of the street and our yard. The room is 190sq ft, not including restroom and walk in closet. The house is <5 mins from the i15 and 5 minutes from Costco. Us housemates are between the ages of 21 and 32. We’re looking for someone 21-35 who doesn’t smoke or have furry pets or kids.
