My 2022 home is located in a safe, gated community near Southern Highlands with easy access to the I-15 and 215 and near shopping, dining, and entertainment. I am a 30 year old professional working in office during the regular work hours. I have a 4 year old well-trained, friendly service dog who will just relax downstairs while I am away. We are both mild mannered and prefer a peaceful environment. I am very responsible, respectful, and clean and would prefer a roommate who is the same.
