Hemera is a private housing estate in the southeast of Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is the third phase of the MTR's scale seaside residential area, LOHAS Park. It is jointly developed by Cheung Kong, Nan Fung Group and MTR Corporation (this project was the last superstructure development project approved by the MTR Corporation before the merger of the two railways, but it was renamed MTR Corporation when the contract was signed; and the last superstructure project approved by KCR was Tuen Mun Station, Long Gate). The architect is Ma Liang Architects. It was completed and occupied at the end of December 2015, providing a total of 1,648 three-bedroom and four-bedroom units. Hemera is located on the superstructure of MTR LOHAS Park Station. It is the phase closest to the MTR station among the first four phases of LOHAS Park. The English name of the housing estate, Hemera, comes from the "day goddess" in ancient Greek mythology, ἡέ, which corresponds to the Chinese name of LOHAS Park. It is the first residential development project named in ancient Greek by Cheung Kong, Nan Fung and MTR. Blue Sky consists of 4 buildings with 52 to 58 floors. The 4 properties are Block 1 (Diamond Shore), Block 2 (Cui Di), Block 3 (Po Feng) and Block 5 (Crystal Peak). Each block is divided into left and right wings, each with an independent elevator lobby. Each block has a total of 6 elevators. All buildings use Toshiba elevators, one of which can directly reach the parking lot and unloading area. There are four units in each left and right wing.
