LP6 is a private waterfront housing estate in the southeast of Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is the sixth phase of LOHAS Park, a large waterfront residential area of the MTR. Its name means LOHAS Park Phase 6 in English. The selling point of the housing estate is "sea-facing and south-facing", that is, more than half of the units enjoy a full sea view to the south. The project was launched on December 16, 2014 and the tender was closed on January 19, 2015, attracting 7 consortiums to participate. The site area is square feet. The project can build 4 residential buildings, with a minimum of 1,600 units and a maximum of 2,400 units, including one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, which in turn allows developers to build small and medium-sized units. The highest valuation is about HK$3.096 billion. On January 20, 2015, MTR announced that Nan Fung Group won the project with a total land premium of approximately HK$3.345 billion, or HK$2,269 per square foot.
