Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Saint Paul

The apartment is honestly the best cleaning and looking unit the whole building. My landlord loves and by the janitors always say how amazing my apartment is. I’m not looking for any beef it anything. I’m a pretty chill person that need someone thats on the same level. Plus my roommate is a hypocrite/hardheaded and I need someone to be on the level as me and calm and nonchalant about stuff. The only thing I ask if that you clean up after yourself and please don’t just take my food. Just ask and I’ll most likely give it to you. Also. Rent is 550$ but the electricity is around a month. Considering how much on the heater we use. Which I barely use mine. Plus if you can a cat. I already paid the 250$ per deposit but give me 50$ if you have a animal
