Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Saint Paul

Hello! I am a 37 year old professional female currently renting a beautiful 2BR 1 BA craftsman apartment (top level of a duplex) in a historic neighborhood in Saint Paul. I’m looking for a female to rent the 2nd bedroom as soon as November 1st for the duration of the lease (thru April 30th) with the opportunity to renew for the next year. The apartment is furnished except for the bedroom (can be furnished upon request for an additional fee), with some space in the garage for storage. I will be traveling a lot of the time, so this person would have a lot of privacy & room to themselves! No pets. Utilities would be paid separately.
