Rent 4 bedroom house in San Diego

Fairly new house built in 2023!I have a Bedroom for rent in a four Bedroom house. The bedroom is renting for $1250/mo with a refundable $1250 deposit. Tenant must complete a background check & rental application. The space is 10'x11'. Bedroom has a remote controlled ceiling fan. (Bedroom 1 in photo below). The bathroom is shared with two others.Utilities are divided among roommates except for internet, which is paid for by me. We are currently an all girl household and are looking for another female roommate ideally in their mid 20s to mid 30s. I have a family dog that stays with me sporadically through out the year so we can't take on anymore furry friends.We're generally pretty quiet with the occasional gathering here and there for movie/game night.
