Rent 3 bedroom house in El Cajon

Hello my strong and independent women!Looking for (preferably) single mom with 1-2 children max to share my town home with. There is a little play room for the kids.You will have your own room and bathroom.NOTE: I do have 1 dog and 3 cats; so you have to like animals and not mind furry clothes! I'm sorry, but I cannot accept any more pets in home, as we are maxed on fur babies.I have a 7 yr old daughter that sleeps in the same bedroom as me.Her and I can share 1 bathroom.. you and your kiddo (s) can share the other.I have a washer and dryer and 2 refrigerators.I'm very easy going.. I love music (rock) and reading. I'm originally from Cleveland Ohio, so I have the "Midwest vibe"I'm not a smoker, but I don't mind if you smoke outside.We have a little yard.The garage is basically used for storage, washer/dryer, and extra fridge. We can park our cars right next to the garage I'm currently separating from my daughter's dad. His 2 boys use to live here as well. I apologize for the pics with clutter, but I'm waiting until the ex coparent and his sons get the rest of their things out .I'm NOT in to partying and drugs --im too old for that crap 😁.I hope to find a wonderful woman who loves pets that I can sure our space with
