Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Riverside

I am looking to rent out the Master Bedroom (236 sqft) of the apartment that I'm living in. It has a private bathroom (26 sqft) and a fairly large sliding closet (25 sqft). The window faces the south. This unit has wall mounted AC, not central air, so the room gets warm in the summer if you leave the door closed. Parking is on the street. I have divided rent proportionally to the square footage of the areas that are private and subtracted $100 per month from your rent out of consideration for the inconvenience of having to find parking. Internet is currently 100 mb/s and $32 total per month. Water, gas/electric all comes out to about $200 per month total in the summer when the AC is running all the time. The hot water is pretty luke warm in the shower. The unit is on the second floor and not handicap accessible.There is a shaded patio which overlooks the courtyard. The courtyard has fake grass and a grill. Keeping the unit very clean is important to me, so if you considered yourself messy, we are both likely to have conflict. I consider myself communicative.
