Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Tierrasanta

Hello! My roommate Ruby and I are looking to fill a master bedroom with private bathroom in our 2B2B apartment in Tierrasanta (Montanosa Apartments) starting on September 10th. We are both female, ages 23 and 24, UCSD alum, and we are looking for other female roommates only. We are both clean and quiet, enjoy movie and game nights but are also typically pretty busy with work. Rent is $1736 for the entire room, $868 per person if shared (utilities not included). Apartment comes with 1 garage and 2 parking spots, with plenty of street parking. The bedroom is unfurnished, the living room is already furnished with a couch, TV, and dining table. We have a washer & dryer in unit, as well as a dishwasher and central air/heating. It is a one year lease and a ground floor unit. Amenities include pool, hot tub, and gym (all very close to our unit!) No pets preferably. Location is quiet and residential, but very close to multiple freeways.
