1 private room with private bathroom in a 2 bedroom condo available September 1st in Tierrasanta (Island in the Hills)- Private room- Private bathroom- 2 closets- 1 parking place (we have 2 in total)- Shared living space and kitchen- Pet friendly with deposit & $50 extra pet rent (cat in the condo currently)- Bottom level- Community pool and volleyball court- Brand new washer and dryer in unit- Month to month or year lease possible- Brand new water heater- Brand new flooring- 1 female roommate in law school- Utilities are usually about $100 per month on top of the rent- Water is included- Suburban area in the hills right next to the Mission Trails Park so there are lots of hikes- 20 minutes away from La Jolla and Downtown San Diego- $500 depositMy current roommate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so I am looking for somebody to take over her room. I am an international student from the Netherlands and I currently am in my last year of law school at the University of San Diego School of Law (but I promise I'm nothing like the obnoxious stereotype). During the week I'm at school a lot, or I'm trying to study at home (and with trying I mean postponing).Outside of school I love boxing, hanging out with my friends, baking hiking, or exploring all the great beaches of San Diego. I have a 3-year-old cat named MItzu who also lives in the apartment. He loves people and is always looking for cuddles. He gets along with other pets very well (he has lived with my roommate's dog for 2 years and he lived with 2 other cats for a year and they have always been buddies).
