Looking for housemate to share my 3bed/2 bath home with. My current roommate is moving out. The space will be available Friday, August 30th.Room/Home:Home is located in a safe neighborhood. Master Bedroom with Private Bath (over 200sf). Room has raised ceiling, sliding glass door access to backyard patio, and spacious reach-in closet setup with drawers, shelves, and plenty of hook space. Backyard, Living/Dining Room, Laundry, and Kitchen are shared spaces.Laundry: Newer washer/dryer available for use.Parking – One space available in driveway.Pets -- Will be considered. $100 per month.Rent: $1050 for single occupant. Lease is month to month, but I would prefer someone who is planning on staying a while, preferably a year (or longer). $1050 refundable security deposit required. $50 non-refundable fee for background check. No guests without consent. Communication is key.Utilities: Tenant responsible for half of City(Water/Sewer), Gas, Electric. Internet and County(garbage) included.You are…a full-time working student and/or professional. Someone who is respectful, takes pride in his/her/theirself, is conscious of utility use, and values a clean-living space. Someone fun, enjoys adventure, good food and drink, and has a positive outlook on life. You must enjoy children as I will have mine a few days every other week. I love the outdoors, paddle boarding, road/mountain biking, kayaking, snow shoeing, back packing, running, and swimming. I eat relatively healthy, have a Black Card membership at Planet Fitness (be my guest), and am pretty good about keeping an orderly home. A few years back I changed careers from 15 years in the food-service industry to healthcare. I have two children, 16 and 11. I have shared my home with a few individuals over the years, 2 female, and the current, male.
