Rent a room in South Natomas

Hello! We will have a room available by August 6th. It’s a private room, private bathroom in a 5 bedroom home in South Natomas. We live in a quiet neighborhood & are about 10 mins from Downtown/Midtown & 20 minutes from Sac Sate. The rent will be $900 per month (includes all utilities and wifi) & a $600 deposit. Deposit is fully refundable when moving out, as long as there are no damages. Washer & Dryer on site, some kitchen space provided along with your own fridge. There is plenty of street parking available.We are not looking to add additional pets to the home as we have dogs.We both work full-time and go to school full-time. We are looking for a female roommate who is clean, responsible, quiet, and energy conscious.Overnight guests: you can have a guest stay up to 2nights per week max. This is our home and we don’t want have it be a revolving door or party place. We look forward to hearing from you!
