Please read fully before enquiring: This is a cottage on a lifestyle block which also has a main house, studio and sheds. It is fully self contained with kitchen, bathroom and lounge area. There is a washing machine in the kitchen. It also has a covered porch and parking right next to it. We are looking for a mature working and respectful professional but will consider a couple for $395 per week. All occupants must be working. The power and broadband are attached to the main house so this is not a standalone rental property which is why this is a flatmate/s or boarder situation - bond is still applicable and referees required.
