Rent 3 bedroom house in Manor

Brand new home in elgin tx , we have 1 spare room with a bathroom next door & laundry room next door as well. we are looking to rent this room to a clean & respectful 20-30 yr old individual with no pets & that pays on time. every few months we might have family stay over but we do not have any parties at home. room is furnished but can move furniture out if needed. we are looking to rent this room for at least 6 months. feel free to message with any questions. a 22yr old male & 21 yr old female live here & we do have a 11 mo child.
