Looking for someone to take over my contract in a fully furnished studio, as I’m moving abroad. My contract is from now to the beginning of August but I'm flexible on the move in date between November and January. The studio is on the fourth floor and includes a double bed, smart TV, and two large windows overlooking a quiet backyard with trees. It has a private kitchenette with a breakfast table and two high chairs, and a newly renovated private bathroom. The room also features a spacious desk with an office chair, a double wardrobe, and built-in shelves.
