I am looking for one person to takeover my room in a 5 bedroom flat. The bedroom has a small double bed with an ensuite. The kitchen area has a smart TV (landlord covers TV licence for the communal area). The landlord provides periodic cleaning in communal areas. Also, a free tram pass is provided as part of the package. Price: £140 a week for 48 weeks Location: Mooregate House, Middle Street, Beeston, NG9 1FX. It’s right across the road from Beeston Town Centre tram/bus stop, and right across the road from the high street. Also, there is a Tesco’s Extra (across the road), Sainsbury’s (5 min walk), Lidl (10 min walk) and a Co-Op (5 min walk). It is a 7 min tram ride to the University of Nottingham.
