The house is full of character and has been a loved family home for many years. The original renovation was about 10 years ago, when it received a new kitchen and bathroom and plenty of skylights. There is gas cooking in the kitchen. A large gas fireplace heats the main areas of the house. Electric standalone heaters (not provided) heat the bedrooms. There is a Smartvent system in the attic to circulate warm, dry air when it is freely available. Vents go into each of the three bedrooms. The bathroom has a large insulated hot water cylinder with traditional heated cupboard for linen. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The laundry is in the bathroom.
