Tara & I are 2 female working professionals looking for a 3rd female roommate who is an academic professional mid-late 20’s to live with us in our 3 bedroom x 2.5 Bathroom Townhome located in La Jolla Village, west of i5.This bedroom is available for someone to SIGN ON by Dec. 1st, 2024 for a 1-6 month sublease for move-in January 1st, 2025 - with a potential to stay. Rent will be $1,430 per month with monthly utilities + internet split between the 3 of us (40-$60per person/ month). We are both hard working individuals. We prioritize our jobs/work during the week days but also enjoy nights out and would like a roommate that respects noise levels. Room/House Details & Amenities:- Private Bedroom 12ft x 10ft.
