I am currently looking to move out early of my year-long tenancy. early and need to find a replacement. You will need to be a student at Edinburgh Napier University. This is a great studio flat in a quiet area. It comes furnished with a desk, bed, shelves, tv and wardrobe with mirror. The kitchen area includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, two electric hobs, and oven. It also has a sink with a drying rack and large overhead cupboard. The bathroom has a shower and large mirror above the sink. My personal highlights of the flat is the close bus stop or quick and scenic walk to Merchiston Campus. The facilities team here have a quick turnaround as well. Please
