We have a sunny studio available in Newtown for long term lease. It is available anytime from the 6th of September. The space has a modern kitchen and bathroom, insulation, carpet and wooden floors. There is a heat pump (with air con), sunroom/ entrance and built in double wardrobe. The studio is located behind our main house. The laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer that is seperate from both houses but is used by both. The studio is situated near the town belt, looking out on Newtown. It is up a number of steps with a lot of sun and privacy. There is also a deck out front. Power and internet are a flat rate of $40/week. There is a fibre internet connection.
