Hi, I'm 40 yr old male and I'm looking to rent out 1 if my rooms in my house to a tenant. It's a med size room and has wood flooring and shutters. I put a lot if work into my kitchen as well. Youd have the bathroom all to yourself unless guests are over. I welcome up to 2 dogs med to smaller dogs are best. No cats. I'm located by Bell/Reems. Pics available once you
