Looking for a responsible, self sufficient (female only) roommate to share my beautiful 2 bedroom, ocean view condo in Del Mar just a short walk to the ocean. The room is a private, upstairs large furnished room with a queen bed, walk in closet and a... private bathroom. It also has garden patio access. I live alone and will occupy the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Full kitchen, laundry, fireplace, 1 garage spot with storage. The condo is located in the Sea Point Condo Association. You will have full access to the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, ocean view park. Excellent access to I-5, public transportation off of Coast Hwy 1, 10 min drive to UCSD.I am easy going, tidy and live an active life outside of my home. I do dog sit from time to time so if you are allergic to dogs, this may not be the best housing option.Please send me an e-
