It’s fully compliant with Healthy Homes with a gas fire, air conditioner, ceiling fans and wall panels for all seasons. Fully furnished three double rooms, master with king bed. The fourth room is empty and suitable for a bedroom or office. The house is ready to move in from mid October. Just bring your own bedding and towels. Fully furnished with a modern and retro beach vibe. This house can be rented for 3 months to one year. Enjoy a fabulous coastal Christmas. Orewa town is walking distance; shops, cafes, library, schools, parks, restaurants. Lawns included. Water included. WiFi included. You will need to sign up for your own Electricity and Gas (Fire). Four weeks bond and two weeks in advance required. Please note that an immediate deposit of two weeks is required to secure the tenancy and take it off the market. This deposit can go towards the bond or rent advance. Please note that for peace of mind, this property is not suited for small children/toddlers due to the height of the balcony wall. A little dog is considered conditional on carpet and furnishing cleaning on exit. No cats. No smokers. No vapes.
