The beach is a short walk away and QE2 Park has numerous walking and cycling paths close-by. It is only 15 mins walk to the station and 20 mins to the village with its three excellent cafes. It is 40 minutes drive to Wellington City or 50 Minutes by train - an ideal spot to enjoy all that Paekākāriki has to offer. As fully furnished, the property can suit shorter term stays - digital nomads, work from home, on contract or between homes. Though longer term can be considered.The rent does not include linen, cutlery and crockery etc, but this can be included by negotiation, along with cleaning, especially for short term stays. There is a shared washing machine available. It has a good heater and a new heat pump will be installed shortly. Rent includes wifi, reasonable use of water and rubbish. Power is separate and paid monthly or can be negotiated all in.Its a nice place to relax and enjoy village life after a day in the city.
