This is a 3 bedroom property. We are looking for someone to rent 2 of the 3 bedrooms. We (owner couple) come up and stay in the 3rd bedroom periodically so this is technically a house share, however you would have the house to yourself the majority of the time. Our main residence is in Wellington. Reflecting this, the $380 per week rent covers everything including power/wifi. A very affordable option. We require 2 weeks rent as deposit/bond and a further 1 week on moving in. 2 weeks notice to move out. Would suit short or long term stay. This is a brand new house located on beautiful 20 hectare bush block. Large deck with amazing 180 degree views. Walking tracks on property Both bedrooms are good size double rooms, each with a built in wardrobe. One bedroom has a ranch slider out to the deck.
