Roommate Wanted: Rent is $1200/month, including rent, utilities, HOA, and internet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (top floor) of the building. The room available is 11ft by 13ft with a 9½ft ceiling and a 4½ft by 4½ft walk-in closet. You'll have your own private full bathroom across from your room. The unit features an in-unit washer and dryer. The living room has two large couches and a TV. There's a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, air fryer, pots and pans, and utensils. We have a balcony accessible through the living room and a large porch by the front door, which is gated. If you have a dog, they can spend time out there. I will be your roommate, i am 26 years old and mostly keeps to myself. When I'm not at work, I spends most of my time playing video games and watching TV. Im looking for a calm, quiet individual who doesn't have many guests over. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
