The home is two stories with 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths and includes keyless front door entry, keyed doorknob for your room for privacy, and furnished common areas. The home has a friendly, quiet atmosphere with respectful roommates. Room will come unfurnished and will share a bathroom with 2 male roommates. Regular professional cleaning services are provided.Rent is $775 and utilities/services (approx. $175 each) will be split between the four roommates.
