Rent a room in San Diego

Hey everyone, I will be moving out soon and posting this for my roommate! 😊 A 1 bedroom 1 bath is opening up in a cozy 2 bed 2 bath apartment on January 1st, and I'm looking for a female roommate! The apartment is conveniently located in Mira Mesa, right off Carroll Canyon Road, and is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, Lake Miramar, breweries, and grocery stores. It’s only a 15-minute drive to North Park and less than 20 minutes to the beaches. Very equidistant between north county and south San Diego. The apartment comes fully furnished (except your room), with a porch and access to community amenities including a pool, jacuzzi, grill, and a small gym. Your room will have its own bathroom and two spacious storage closets. I’m also providing a Queen mattress and frame for your room at no additional cost. Rent is $1225/month + utilities ($90-$100), and there is a credit check and application fee. It is a month to month lease but minimum stay is 7-8 months, and a minimum of a 30-day notice is required if you plan to move out. What I'm looking for: A female between the ages 27-35 who works outside of the home (no hybrid/or remote schedules), is clean, responsible, and someone who tends to stay healthy/doesn't experience getting sick often. Someone who is dog friendly & pet aware, and does not bring guests over often. There will be no room for additional pets and couples will not be considered. Must be willing to submit an application and credit check to the apartment management office. I’m hoping to find a roommate who’s also interested in becoming friends and spending time together occasionally!A little bit about me: I'm 30 years old and I have an adorable, sweet 4 1/2 year old Beagle. I am an energetic, social, and an active working professional. I am an Education Specialist/Educator at a school and I work from home.
