We are looking for a roommate to share our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium. Our previous roommate enjoyed living with us because we created a safe, quiet and warm positive feel within the home. The room for rent has a large walk-in closet with tons of storage, built-in wood bookcase and space for a desk and internet accessibility, and a window with a view. Other amenities include a large fully equipped culinary kitchen, cozy and relaxing living room, garden patio off the dining room to sip on your morning coffee and gaze at the beautiful tree lined square. If you like to swim and layout in the sun we have a heated pool for your enjoyment and fully equipped clubhouse for your private parties. When the days are hot we keep the condo cool by turning on the Central Air. Laundry is on-site and is always kept clean and tidy. Parking is permitted, you get one free parking permit. No-Smoking within the community however smoking is allowed outside on the sidewalk or cul-de-sac park situated right in front of the condo. In the small park, you can read a good book or simply lay down on the grass and gaze up at the stars! We are looking for a roommate that is an effective communicator and considerate person. Additionally, we are seeking someone that is respectful and cooperative, keeps the place clean, and most importantly is responsible.
