It’s awesome we love it.The washer and dryer are in the garage. A refrigerator for you and the other renter is in the garage. Some storage space in garage.Utilities , high-speed Internet, and monthly house cleaner included.We check references and do a thorough background check. There is no public transportation close by. Our other tenant is a quiet, full-time professional who is gone every weekend. The renter who is moving out has been with us for five years and he is moving back to his hometown in Iowa. We are a friendly, active couple in our 60’s.
