CHAMPIONS LEAGE INFO!!! If you are looking for accomodation for the mentioned event, search no further. Though because of Flatio's false setting it says that i have no availability for the 30th night, but it is not true! I have a reservation from the 31st, but with a general check-out at 1030 on the 31st, you can come. Book from the the 26th till the 30th and you will be able to check out on the 31st, and checking in from the 27th. This is not another design flat, where you can't live, because it has barely anything but nice mottos and colorful pictures on the walls! Here you can really live in a home during your stay! The flat lies in the XIV. district of Budapest in a peaceful street but it is well connected by public transport to the heart of the city. Every main interestpoints of Budapest is app. 30 minutes away by a tram, a bus or a metro line. Just a corner away there is a Tesco for grocery shopping, where you can also find a post office. There is a pharmacy even closer in the same direction. The flat has been painted recently, and there are two 90X200 beds for your comfort. (Beddings and towels are available by default.) The balcony offers a nice view on the garden with a small playgound. We can also provide equipment for babies, but these are only available upon request and depending on the circumstances and extra fees. The possibilities to unpack are pretty comfortable and spacious, there are 3 wardrobes with hangers and more dressers, there are cupboards in the bathroom and a cupboard in the toilet as well. The kitchen cabinet offers space for living, it is not only for display. There are kitchen utensils like silverware, knives, some basic pots, glasses, mugs and plates. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave heater, an oven, an electric stove, a hood, a fridge, a freezer, an electric kettle and a blender/slicer. The balcony offers a good ventilation from the american kitchen and there is an AC installed in this room for summer. The windows have shutters for shading. The washing machine is located in the bathroom, just as the hairdryer. We can also provide a storage place in the building where you can keep your luggages, so they don't take up space from your living area. An elevator is working in the building, however the flat lies on the 1st floor, the storage can be accessed by elevator as well on the top level of the building. There is 1000 mbit/sec internet installed coming with a Netflix subscription. The smart Tv is going to be installed within days. Looking forward to answer your remaining questions! Karl & Edina
