It is a well-lit room with floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Nottingham. There is no building outside the window, which is private. There is a separate kitchen and bathroom in the studio room, so you can enjoy more private space. In addition, the apartment is relatively small, so there are not many residents, which means that it is quiet most of the time and there is often no need to wait too long for the elevator when going downstairs.
