I have a bedroom available on Dec 1st (possibly sooner) in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Costa Mesa near South Coast Plaza. Rent is $1,450 plus utilities. 1 year lease. $250 security deposit. The room has a walk in closet. Your bathroom is directly across from the bedroom and our rooms are on opposite sides of apartment.Located in a nice gated community close to freeways. Open parking. Washer/dryer in unit. A/C. 2 pools w/ cabanas & BBQ, gym, game room. I do have a medium size dog older dog who is very quiet and well behaved. So must be ok with animals. Ideally no other animals but possibly open to one if the right fit and well behaved/not destructive/no obsessive barking. About me: mid 30’s female. I live a very healthy, active lifestyle. I enjoy going to the gym, being in nature(lying by the pool, beach, boating), meal prepping at home, coffee dates w/ friends, a good happy hour on occasion, sound baths, live music, trying new restaurants. This is a very quiet home and looking for someone who is clean and reliable. Would be nice to find someone with common interests. No parties. Ok with overnight guests. No couples. No kids.
