Room available beginning Oct 1 or later. This is a really nice place, located on a quiet, tree-lined street. Ideal for a quiet, considerate female roommate. The bedroom is medium-sized with a large walk-in closet. The overall layout of the apartment is spacious with a large living room, dining room, kitchen, front and back porch and yard. There is also a large basement with laundry and storage. The landlord takes great care of the property including snow-plowing in winter and landscaping in the summer as well as timely repairs. The bedroom is unfurnished however I can provide some furniture if needed. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished.The neighborhood is also really nice, close to stores, cafes, restaurants, running track and the Charles river. It's a 5 minute drive to the pike and a short walk to the Harvard Square bus and express buses to downtown Boston. Utilities are reasonable, approximately $115 a month on average for gas, electricity and internet. There is a lease through June 30, 2025 however it may be possible to leave a little sooner if needed.Female roommate only, must be a non-smoker and drug-free. Looking for someone who is respectful and considerate.
