Parking is super easy; we have a two-car driveway and there is plenty of free unzoned street parking (rare for the area). You will love the beautiful hardwood floors, updated kitchen and bathrooms, lots of windows, and recessed lighting throughout the house. There is a tankless hot water heater so you will never run out of hot water.About the roommates: One just moved to the NOVA area last December and works as a consultant for BAE Systems in Vienna, VA. He graduated from Spring Arbor University in 2019 with a degree in English Education. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, running, playing piano, traveling, and exploring the area. One just moved to Arlington from Connecticut to start a role as a User Computing Administrator. He studied Cybersecurity & Networks, loves movies, rock music (especially Weezer), and trying new foods—despite a banana allergy. He is excited to explore the VA/DC museums and food scene while balancing work and life better! One is a second-year medical student. She graduated from Duke University and is studying to become a doctor. She is very friendly and easy-going and responsible and kind.
