Rent 4 bedroom house in Vallejo

Single parent household with trans/nonbinary teen. One room available in our home. Must be LGBTQ friendly. Should love animals as we have 3 dogs and 2 cats, but no additional pets allowed.Rental is somewhat short term as we will likely be moving out by next summer. Ideal for a college student.Because there is a kid in the house, we'll be looking for someone who respects quiet time for the kiddo's bedtime and limits guests at the house. This is a very calm and quiet household, great place to study. We have a library and the rental includes access to laundry, internet, and most of the streaming channels. Rent also includes all utilities.Room is furnished with a bed, nightstand, tv, closet, and floor lamp.
