1 Furnished (could be unfurnished if needed) upstairs bedroom with private bathroom available for $1200 per month. This includes utilities and internet. t’s month to month for the first 3 months with a $500 security deposit. We are for the most part vegetarian and though you don’t need to be vegetarian yourself (it WOULD be nice), we just don’t want meat cooked in the kitchen. Chicken and turkey are ok as I occasionally cook these for our dog. There is a gas grill outdoors that you can use for other meats and fish.Washer and dryer are available in the garage.There a shared dining room and living room with a fireplace and a piano, and a big back garden with a pretty and comfortable patio, perfect for studying or just relaxing. Parking is on the street.You do not have to be OCD clean, (in fact if you are WE will probably make YOU crazy) but a reasonable amount of cleanliness is expected. You must clean up after yourself in the kitchen, put your dishes in the dishwasher, keep your bathroom clean. A little help with keeping the common rooms clean will not go unappreciated. I am an artist and my studio is upstairs on basically on the same level as the room. I pretty much only use it between 9:00am and 6:00pm so mostly when you would be at work or school.Most importantly, you have to love dogs! We have a small dog who is “our baby” and we need to know that you will be happy living with him, too.
