We can accept non-smoking only, and must be pet-friendly, as we have two cats and one small dog on the property (and don't worry, he's full of love and very friendly!).It is in the Sierra Del Oro area, right by the 91 off of Green River, with easy access to the freeway, and close by the 71. It's easy to get to Orange County, Riverside, or Chino Hills, about 10-15 minutes away from each. A lot of good local restaurants, an In-N-Out, Starbucks, and a Ralphs right down the street. There are also a lot of good walking areas nearby, some trails, and a beautiful, well-kept park right close by.We have a single unfurnished downstairs room available for a single occupant. It's a spacious downstairs room with a full-length mirror closet. It has access to the guest bathroom, with a newly renovated shower. It's a really nice space with lots of room and has been well-kept.We have a shared kitchen and a fridge for the housemates, a new laundry machine and dryer on-site, a shared pantry space, and ample street parking on a cul-de-sac. It's a safe and cozy neighborhood, quiet, and very kind neighbors. The room is $1300 with a $1300 deposit, and utilities are split monthly (roughly ~$100 a month).
